Cider made from a blend of more than 20 estate grown traditional bittersweet English and French cider apple varieties, including Dabinett, Brown Snout, Muscadet de Dieppe, Chisel Jersey, Harry Masters Jersey, Reine de Pomme, and Porter's Perfection. Medium bodied with balanced layered tannins and a mildly bitter finish. Slightly effervescent. Notes of baked apple, butterscotch, and lemon zest. Pair with roasted winter squash.
